Floater Fling
Privacy Policy
Floater Fling is a static browser tool. The app does not require an account and does not upload saved movement patterns to a server.
Local Pattern Storage
When you save a pattern, it is stored in your browser using localStorage under the key floater-fling-patterns-v1. This data stays on your device unless you clear browser data or use browser syncing features outside of Floater Fling.
Server Logs
When hosted publicly, the web server or hosting provider may process basic technical access logs such as requested URL, time of request, browser user agent, response status, and transfer size. Floater Fling masks IP addresses in its analytics logs and does not retain request cookies or authorization headers for analytics. These logs are used for security, debugging, and cookie-free traffic summaries.
Donations
The Donate button displays a PayPal QR code. If you scan it or complete a donation through PayPal, PayPal processes that payment under PayPal's own privacy terms. Floater Fling does not process card or bank details.
Cookies And Local Storage
The current version does not load third-party advertising scripts. Floater Fling uses local browser storage for saved patterns.
